How To Export and Schedule Reports¶
Exporting and scheduling reports is straightforward and easy.
To Export Reports¶
From the Reporting Dashboard:
Click the Export icon (second to the last icon on the right).
This exports the data with the same filter and group-by context as the dashboard. i.e., if your filters are set to a certain date range and you are viewing data by campaign, the export will show the data by campaign for the same date range.
From Reporting:
Select a report.
Select or de-select the metrics and attributes required by clicking Show details.
Set your frequency to Once.
Select the date range.
Click Generate. This produces a report generation message and outputs the csv.
To Schedule Reports¶
You can only schedule reports from the Report Center.
From Reporting:
Select a report.
Select or de-select the metrics and attributes required by clicking Show details.
Set your frequency as daily or weekly.
Click Schedule. This produces an email with a csv attached for the last day or last week’s data.
Scheduled reports are produced after the day’s close of books (COB) for your account.
To View, Pause or Delete Scheduled Reports¶
Navigate to My Reports from the reporting dashboard (Click the icon on the extreme right that looks like a clock. Then select My Reports from the dropdown menu).
You’ll see the list of your scheduled reports which you can choose to pause, delete or un-pause
